Kirrily was knowledgeable on contract documentation, contactable after hours and prepared to conduct a virtual inspection at short notice. Kirrily was responsive to follow up requests for information after the contract was signed. Kirrily also assisted with arranging maintenance repairs prior to the transfer date. I had a good experience dealing with Kirrily.

Kirrily is the ultimate in real estate agents. Her personal service is second to none, always ready to help in any way she can. She was always in constant contact so you are never left wondering what was going on. I wouldn’t sell or buy with any one else and being a local in the area she knows the market inside out.
