We recently bought a property through Creagh and Harcourts and the overall end to end experience we received from Creagh and Matt was excellent. I rate this based on the level off communication, ability to contact Creagh at different times, professionalism and overall helpfulness. As a first home buyer Creagh was excellent at explaining the process, providing insights and resources to help make the whole process as seamless as it could be! We will definitely reach out to Creagh when the time comes for our next property.

Having experienced Stella,s outstanding service with several properties over many years I can highly recommend her service. My latest property sale was the most problematic due to another companies mismanagement and bad tenants along with my being an absentee landlord. Stella aided in guiding me through a difficult time preparing the property for sale by introducing me remotely to a renovation specialist Kat Wiseman who had the unenviable task of cleaning this property before renovations and bringing it back to a high standard ready for presentation. This could only have been done with a high level of trust as I was 1000,s of kilometres away . What for me was potentially heartbreaking was rescued and completely turned around and by Stella,s guiding hand resulted in a win-win for everyone including I believe the new owner. I cannot overstate my thanks to Stella ( and everyone who contributed)

The moment I discussed the sale of my property with Kirrily, I knew that I had chosen the right agent. Her knowledge of real estate is excellent because I had checked the market beforehand. She had the ability to explain clearly everything, I needed to know, and what to do, with regard to the legal aspects of selling a property. She was very caring and supported me every step of the way. Kirrily's after sales service was exceptional and further confirmed my trust in her. I would recommend Kirrily to anyone who wants to sell their property or have any dealings with real estate or even needed proper clarifications in Real Estate matters.

Repeat business is the best recommendation! This is the second house that Kirrily and her team have sold for me and they were even better than before. Friendly, easy to deal with, highly professional with a deep knowledge of the industry.

Easy to understand and followed up when he needed to. A great help at the settlement time, helping us find Tradies at short notice, for final building inspection approval.

David and Tim communicated with us regularly to guide us through the entire buying process. This included the delicate balance of us selling our old home, and settling the new home, all on the same day and moving in at the same time. David was punctual, genuine and friendly at all encounters. I would not hesitate to buy another home, or sell our own, through David and the team.

From the time of appraisal right to the time of settlement Kirrily was always informative and kept us in touch with what was happening. At appraisal Kirrily was factual with what she believed the property could bring. She offered examples of similar properties in the area and what they had sold for or were on the market for. Within 24hours of listing the home she was back with a very generous offer, well over what we thought we could achieve. The home was bought by an Eastern state buyer and Kirrily along with our conveyancer kept us up to date with procedures and explained what was happening when there were delays. Kirrily is professional, helpful, realistic and always friendly

Stella is a remarkable agent. She has extensive experience of selling in the Joondalup area. We were impressed by market knowledge and professionalism when selling our property. She was able to give us appropriate advice of how to make our property more appealing in the current market in regards to advertising and home opens. Her responses are timely and courteous. She has a warm nature and is easy to work along.

Kirrili is a warm kind lady who knows well the areas that she sells in, we are a couple in our eighties and lived in our old address for 50 years, so moving was a hard decision, Kirrili made this move so much easier for as and guided us through the whole process with patience and understanding and care. Thanks Kirrili

We are in country WA so after the initial property viewing, everything was handled remotely. Stella was very responsive! She was always available on the phone, was able to arrange a final inspection outside of normal hours, and when settlement was delayed on the actual day, organised for us to take possession within 30 mins -- very handy as we were literally in the car about to make the 400km trip up to Perth!
