In late 2020 I asked Creagh for his opinion about the property market. After a discussion with him I decided to put my home of 17 years on the market. What I thought would be an overwhelming experience actually proved to be very easy. Creagh kept me informed after every home open and always acted in a very professional manner. Creagh achieved a very good price for me, a price that far exceeded my expectations. He could have advised me to accept a lower price and have a quick turnover, but he didn’t.. he treated the sale of my home as if it was the sale of his own home... and got me $50 k more than a previous agent said they thought the house would sell for. Not only did Creagh sell my home for me, but for years..approximately 12.. Creagh has been answering questions for me about the market in Perth. Not once did I feel that I was encroaching on his time or felt pressured to sell when we had theses chats. I always felt reassured, and that I had been given advise from a trusted friend. Creagh’s service didn’t stop with the sale of my home either, he helped me find a suitable rental to live in for 6 months. Creagh knows what he is talking about when it comes to real estate. Our house was sold without having to go on the market. He arranged one house open and phoned people that he knew were interested in buying a property in our area. We had no time wasters and a lot of offers for our house. He kept us informed every step of the way and was always just a phone call away. We needed a bit of extra time on the settlement date and he negotiated this with the buyers on our behalf.
