We have now worked with Suzi on the sale of 2 properties and cannot fault her work and quality of service. Suzi’s knowledge and experience is second to none and she always has every base covered to ensure a smooth settlement. We would definitely recommend Suzi with the sale of any home. Definitely 5 stars.

we have just sold our home in NSW and moved to our new home in Hocking WA in June 2021. Having lived in our home for 50 years we didn't really know what was involved!!. Due to ongoing delays with finance from ANZ Bank , which in turn meant numerous variations to contracts, we cannot thank Kirrily enough for negotiating with our sellers to enable the successful purchase of WA home. A big thank you to Kirrily and Kayla

Could not thank and recommend Suzi and Arthur Baker enough! From initially meeting them at a home open and registering our interest, Suzi made regular contact with us and we felt that they went above and beyond to assist us in buying our perfect first home. Their experience, professionalism and friendly service really made a world of difference, made life easy for us; especially during such a competitive time in the buying market. We are beyond thrilled with our purchase and appreciate everything Suzi and Arthur have done- thanks again!

Suzi was fully invested in selling our property from the first phone call. She gave us valuable insight into the current property market and options on how to proceed. Options were also given once we decided to sell and regarding her fee as well. Suzi kept us updated via phone email and text messages throughout and was ultimately successful at selling our property above asking price. Thanks Suzi for all your help.

Suzi and Arthur could not of been more helpful. we had quite a difficult seller due to the circumstances and they updated us at every stage and did everything they could to make it as smooth a process as possible. Very professional, helpful, friendly and genuine. Thanks guys.

Suzi (& Arthur) were very empathetic, listening to my concerns & addressing them. They worked with me, my expectations & my situation (I am an Executor & the house was part of the estate where the beneficiaries felt entitled & were interfering). Before deciding on Suzi, other agents I'd seen seemed more focused on their pushing their marketing strategies rather than trying to work with me & my situation.
