We listed our property for sale with Force Real Estate. David Brewer and the Force Team did an excellent job advising us on appropriate presentation for sale. After only one home open, we were presented with several offers to purchase and sold for a price greater than we expected. The sale and settlement processes were smooth, efficient and on time. We are pleased to recommend Force Real Estate to prospective vendors.

We cannot thank Kirrily enough for her sincerity and compassion at such a stressful and confusing time ....words cannot describe how grateful we are for having Kirrily take us through this process and to ensure that such a difficult situation was made easier by her professionalism and knowledge...AMAZING LADY. :)

Creagh was an exceptionally knowledgeable agent, who advised us of our how our expectations as a seller would be fulfilled. He was able to appraise our home in a realistic manner and went above and beyond to maximise our property’s appeal and value. Through dedication and experience within our property’s suburb, Creagh was able to identify potential buyers who attended and made offers at our first home open. Creagh through his experience in managing buyers was able to secure us the best price possible which far exceeded our hopes. Creagh also made the transition of the settlement as smooth as possible and we can’t recommend Creagh enough. To top it off Creagh isn’t just amazing at his job, he is also an absolute pleasure to deal with as his personality shines through in everything he accomplishes.

Just bought a house through these guys and could not be happier. Tim's level of professionalism was on another level to any other real estate agents we have dealt with. 100% recommend and would definitely use them in the future. Thanks Tim 👍

Nick explained in detail and took time for me to understand what to except and what to expect and that sometimes things may have taken longer and why.

Kirrily was welcoming, friendly and helpful from when we first met her at the home open right through to handing over the keys to our new home. Kirrily was always happy to answer our questions and she was very accomodating to any requests we had. She worked hard for the seller going above and beyond her duties to ensure an easy sale for all involved. We would be happy to recommend Kirrily and her team to anyone looking to sell their home.

We had instantly built a friendly bond with Kirrily and knew the house was perfect for us. Kirrily helped with ALL of our questions and when there was looking to be challenges, Kirrily always kept us up to date with updates and put our minds at ease. It was great knowing that her assistance or an update was only a phone call away. We will definitely be recommending Kirrily to other friends who are looking to purchase or sell.

I text Kirrily to request a market appraisal. Within 2 minutes she responded. That was the type of service I was looking for. Everything after that was a breeze. Home sold in just over a week. Would definitely recommend Kirrily.
