Working with Stella was a very positive experience. She went above and beyond to provide any information we asked for and was always very accommodating with requests and transparent and honest. Stella made the process as seamless and easy as possible and she was very reliable.

We can’t thank Creagh enough for everything he has done for our family by helping us find our dream home. From the minute we got in contact with Creagh to ask him to help us find a property he went above and beyond in every single way. Creagh kept in contact with us throughout the whole process, and informed us of any homes that were coming to market that may have been of interest to us. All calls, and emails were answered to straight away, no matter how busy he was! Creagh thank you so much for all your help, we honestly can’t thank you enough!

Dealing with Mike was easy and straight forward. My wife and I found that he cut through the unnecessary games most other agents play. He was upfront with any questions we had about the property and did not hesitate to follow up with the owners when required. Its was a pleasure to deal with him!

Nick is always either available or able to come back to you on the same day with any query you have about your property. He is knowledgeable about the market and makes suggestions that suit your needs not some hidden agenda. He is always friendly, courteous and professional and goes the extra mile, I would highly recommend him!

Creagh has always kept in touch with us since we purchased our house from him 14 years ago that’s why we chose him. He was prompt and very helpful thru the selling and settlement with a difficult buyer and we appreciated his support throughout. Creagh has a very pleasant personality and we enjoyed our experience with him.

Creagh achieved a far higher sale price than we ever imagined his marketing of our property was first class. Once the sale was achieved Creagh was on hand every step of the way in what became a difficult process through to settlement. Creagh returned our calls promptly in the evenings and weekends and his advice was clear and easy to understand. I would recommend Creagh as a first class agent.

In late 2020 I asked Creagh for his opinion about the property market. After a discussion with him I decided to put my home of 17 years on the market. What I thought would be an overwhelming experience actually proved to be very easy. Creagh kept me informed after every home open and always acted in a very professional manner. Creagh achieved a very good price for me, a price that far exceeded my expectations. He could have advised me to accept a lower price and have a quick turnover, but he didn’t.. he treated the sale of my home as if it was the sale of his own home... and got me $50 k more than a previous agent said they thought the house would sell for. Not only did Creagh sell my home for me, but for years..approximately 12.. Creagh has been answering questions for me about the market in Perth. Not once did I feel that I was encroaching on his time or felt pressured to sell when we had theses chats. I always felt reassured, and that I had been given advise from a trusted friend. Creagh’s service didn’t stop with the sale of my home either, he helped me find a suitable rental to live in for 6 months. He also has received more than a few phone calls from me asking his opinion on different properties I have been interested in.. all of which Creagh has researched and given me his honest opinion on, for which I am very grateful. Sorry Greagh, but you will receive a few more calls yet...😂 The sale of any home is a big step for anyone, for me it was very difficult as I no longer had my husband to help with the enormity of the task, but Greagh’s warmth, professionalism, trustworthiness and sense of humour made it easy. In my opinion Greagh is one of the most genuine people in our community and if ever I sell a home again it will only be through Greagh! I cannot recommend Greagh highly enough to anyone selling their home. Regards Steph Green

Creagh knows what he is talking about when it comes to real estate. Our house was sold without having to go on the market. He arranged one house open and phoned people that he knew were interested in buying a property in our area. We had no time wasters and a lot of offers for our house. He kept us informed every step of the way and was always just a phone call away. We needed a bit of extra time on the settlement date and he negotiated this with the buyers on our behalf. We bought the house that we sold through Creagh and have recommended him to friends and family who have all been very happy with his professional and friendly manner. Buying and selling a house can be very stressful, but Creagh makes it a lot easier.

We couldn’t have chosen a better agent to sell our investment property. Creagh worked tirelessly with our difficult tenants and during the unusual times of Covid restrictions. He kept us informed throughout the entire process. We deliberately chose Creagh because we had dealt with him previously and loved his honesty, hardworking attitude and professionalism. Creagh has an amazing knowledge of the market. We are thrilled with the way he negotiated with potential buyers to get us a fabulous price. We would recommend trusting Creagh to anyone thinking of buying or selling a house, and will most definitely seek him out again should we require an agent in the future.

Really enjoyed working with David and Tim in purchasing our new home, we had a complicated process with the purchase due to the sellers circumstances and covid, but what I was really pleased with was David’s honestly and integrity through out the whole process and if he didn’t answer the phone he or Tim always call back within a reasonable time frame, good to see there’s still some old school operators out there! So impressed we got him to sell our house, which he did in 4 days.
