We recently sold our house for asking price using Kirrily as our agent. I couldn’t fault her professionalism and knowledge. From assisting us with buying our new home (listed with a different agent), to lending us her own bar stools to stage for photos and home opens. She has been nothing but entirely honest and upfront with everything. She is a genuinely lovely person which is a rarity in real estate. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell

We had no idea what to expect or what we were doing. We went into this not really wanting to sell but we’re in the position we had to. She made the experience effortless and so easy! Kirrily is great at what she does and great to deal with. Messages or called us back straight away and kept us up to date the whole way through.

David, Tim, Claire and co make a strong team. I've dealt with them for a few years. They've managed a rental property for me and sold it too. Great regular and prompt communication, helpful, active and personable.

This is the second time I've worked with Suzi and Arthur, first as a seller and now as a buyer and I can't recommend them highly enough. On both occasions they took the stress out of the process by anticipating and handling any potential issues and coming back with solutions, not problems. The communication and response time is fantastic and you're never left wondering what's happening.

Suzie with all her knowledge, made the selling of our property an easy satisfying one. With her knowledge and ability we were able to prepare the property well and present a sellable item to potential buyers. The whole process from engaging Suzie to settling has been helped by her willingness to keep in touch and communicate at all stages in the process. Thank you for your help.

With Kathy as our agent, we felt confident of having a Real Estate agent who exemplified integrity and energy, and was personable as well. We did not always agree on but we were able to work through any issues with open and candid discussion. In the end we achieved a sale in a difficult market - with both vendor and buyer happy with the result.

Kirrily was a breeze to work with! We wish we'd met Kirrily earlier in our home buying journey because she was a dream. Kirrily was honest, easy to communicate with and all around professional. We love our new family home and thank Kirrily for helping us lock it in!

After trying to sell our home without success for two years, we decided to go back to market one more time. Kirrily gave us her honest opinion about what our house would achieve and a strategy to suit our needs. In amongst our busy lives, she was able to get our house onto the market with a smile and her trademark 'get it done' attitude. She not only achieved a sale price for above what we were expecting, but it was done in the exact time frame she had promised to aim for. We were desperately wanting to avoid a long drawn out process and she definitely delivered!! We will be using her again, that's for sure!

Nick’s professionalism & passion for what he does is second to none. Nick was relentless in working towards the best possible outcome for all parties, often going above & beyond. On the rare occasion Nick couldn’t be available, dealing with his colleague, Courtney, was seamless. As sellers, we felt extremely valued & well looked after. In an already tricky market, our property presented its own unique challenges, Nick took all of the stress out of it & I have zero hesitation recommending him!

Dave works incredibly hard. He is always contactable and goes above and beyond to help. He is honest and realistic. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Not only did he achieve our sale, he helped with our purchase which he did at no charge.
