David was very patient when we experienced some issues unrelated to the purchase which meant we were not always contactable. David was polite and never pushy whilst understanding he had a responsibilty to the vendor. When we were in a postion to make an offer he accepted that offer, presented it to the vendor and confirmed acceptance very promptly. We would certainly deal with David again or recommend him to others.

Suzi and Arthur are very professional and knowledgeable, not to mention incredibly helpful. My house sold in about 4 weeks for what I was expecting, which was amazing considering the current tough market. Experience was good. Stella achieved a quick sale for the property at a price we were very happy with. Only problem we had was with the buyers bank which delayed settlement, however we know that Stella had very little control (if any) over this. My only feedback for Stella is that she take a little more care in her written communication. I may be a little picky but if someone sends me emails, etc I like the spelling to at least be correct and the correct references made. For example this request from "ratemyagent" is addressed correctly to Stephen and Jenny but then goes on to say it is a request from Stella which is addressed to Geoff and Sue!
