I highly recommend Suzi Baker and her team for buying/selling real estate. Suzie has a vast, up to date and accurate knowledge of the local areas properties and shares this knowledge with you throughout your journey. Although the market was falling when we had to sell our late Mothers house over Xmas, Suzi always maintained her trust in the integrity of the property. Her patient attitude to the "right family will come along at the right time" kept us optimistic. Suzie and her team are always 100% professional in their work. They are prompt, accurate with information and always do what they promise asap. Suzie worked hard and tirelessly to achieve a fair deal for us and the buyers. I highly recommend Suzi Baker and her team. Thank you Suzi and Team.

My husband n I are very pleased with the sevices of our agent Creagh n his partner Matt from Harcourt recommended by our friend. As a woman I had a lot of concerns n feel bad to ask n yet I have to n found both of them approachable n friendly. I was told by other agents that without spending to spruce our place up it would take a while to sell. Creagh told me just leave it as it is just tidy up. As i was not living in Perth but New South Wales I felt very relieve as I could not be there to supervise the renovation. I did not expect them to sell within two weeks n at our expected price. I have already recommended two of my friends about their services. They also went the extra mile of helping me sell some things as I could not fly in to clear. With appreciation from Dennis n Lorna

I have bought and sold quite a few properties over the years and can honestly say the service from Courtney was above and beyond all my expectations, she was so supportive, efficient, professional and knowledgeable, and is so intuitive we were on the same page through the entire process which made the whole journey run so much smoother than all my previous experiences. I would not hesitate to recommend Courtney to family and friends. Diane J Smith

Suzi and Arthur are extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and helpful. They kept everyone involved informed and on track with their obligations in the process. Their service was far beyond my expectations and I was the buyer in this situation! I highly recommend them and if I need to sell in the future, I hope they take me on as a client.

Creagh and the team at Harcourts have been great during our recent home purchase. He worked hard with both us and the vendor to get what we believe was a mutually beneficial outcome. Throughout settlement Creagh kept in contact with us re progress and we had no issues on the final day. Would recommend Creagh and his team for both selling and buying a property.

We can not be more grateful to Suzi and her team for their fantastic help with the purchase of our first home. They kept us informed of every single step we had to follow and that left us calm throughout the entire purchase process. In addition, they kept a perfect communication with our broker and our settlement agent so we didn't have to worry about anything. Thank you very much Suzi, Arthur and Shadae for your kindness and help!
