Matthew sold me my first home! As I was new to the process Matt was extremely informative and helpful. He was prompt and thorough with keeping me informed on all matters. He worked hard on the negotiations and got me a fantastic deal which I was super grateful for. There were several times when I had work commitments etc and could only meet Matt after 5 / 6pm or on the weekends, which Matt always gave up his time for.
