After a less than desirable experience with a different agent, I got Creagh on board, who I had in fact used 10 years earlier to purchase the property we were now selling. We had a fantastic experience with Creagh 10 years ago, and he did not disappoint this time either. We did not receive the amount we were hoping to receive for the property, but I have no doubt in my mind, that was due to the state of the property market at the time, and no fault of Creagh's.
