Matt is a hard working young man who did everything we asked for and more. We had our house on the market under a different Real Estate agent who could not get an offer in 7 weeks (even though we dropped the price substantially, to below what we wanted). We then gave him the flick and asked around, Matt's name came up repeatedly as being an excellent agent. Matt had the sold sticker on our sign within 2 weeks :-) and got just below our asking price which we were very happy about. I would not hesitate to use Matt again as our agent or to recommend him to friends and family.

It's rare you come across someone with grounded morals and good old fashioned customer focus. I met Matt at a home open a few years before I gave him my home to sell. I found David very pleasant to deal with and he upheld the highest of integrity throughout the whole process. Not at any stage did my wife or I feel under pressure or have any doubts throughout the buying process due to his transparency and communication. I do not give out recommendations easily but I do recommend David and his team. It is evident that David has a long term view to his operations and he is very professional in his dealings with both the buyer and seller.
