I am happily writing this endorsement of David Brewer following the recent sale of a property that I owned. David was able to obtain the maximum price for the sale, despite there being a large amount of stock for sale in the same suburb. He marketed the property excellently and was able to attract buyers in an overstocked location. The major factors of the property were highlighted and his knowledge of what was important to prospective buyers really became evident and led to several offers being presented. The turn around sale time was well under the market average and the price obtained was exactly where David said it would be. I can't thank David and his team enough for their professionalism, consistency and accountability in my sale. Thanks again David, I would not hesitate to recommend you in the future.

David worked tirelessly in securing the sale of our property. His professionalism was outstanding, provided very sound advice on the sale strategy, ensuring the property was well presented, followed up with prospective buyers and always kept us informed on the sale progress within hours of each home open event. I have no doubt David's negotiating skills were invaluable in finally securing an agreement with the eventual buyers. I see David as the consummate professional, someone you can trust with the sale of your property. 10 out of 10

We approached Mike to sell our property and from the very beginning we saw that he was very thorough as he outlined the sale process in a manner that was easy to understand . As it was getting very close to the Christmas break we were pleasantly surprised to find that Mike was able to introduce a buyer with a genuine offer. After arranging all the necessary inspections on behalf of the buyer , of which he kept us fully informed of at all times , we were able to finalize the sale mid January and all with a minimum of fuss to us . We found Mike to be very patient , courteous , knowledgeable and efficient and therefore would not hesitate to recommend Mike to anyone who would like to utilize the services of a skillful real estate salesman .
