From the outset David was professional and true to his word. David was prompt at returning calls and keeping us informed throughout the negotiations and purchase of our property. When we revisited the property David was able to answer all questions about the property and surrounding area. We felt David acted fairly for both parties and we would happily recommend Force Real Estate for future buyers or sellers. Thank you David we could not be happier with the service you provided.

We purchased our home in Regent Waters from Dave in 2007. We were so happy with Dave's service that seven years later we chose him as our agent to sell our home in preparation for our move to NSW. Dave has intimate knowledge of the area and knows and understands the market. we hope to buy from Dave again in the future.

As we all know, the Vendor Agent acts on behalf of the seller but a no stage of our negotiations to purchase did we feel that David Brewer was doing anything other than acting on behalf of both parties to get the best outcome for seller and purchaser. David was always considerate, courteous, professional at all times and most helpful with advise. He was caring about the Regent Waters area and it showed from his knowledge, not only of this area but of the surrounding areas too. It is with pleasure that we provide this testimonial.

We found the experience of selling our property with David Brewer to be smooth and trouble free. David had extensive knowledge of property in our area and had our property correctly priced and marketed so well that we had a firm and acceptable offer within 5 days of listing. David also has keen and enthusiastic office staff who kept us up to date and informed during the whole sale process. I would have no hesitation in contacting David Brewer should I be selling property in the future.
