Thank you Kirrily and Kayla for selling our home in a professional manner. You are always on the mark and efficient. It was pleasure having you in our court. It is a little sad leaving Hocking, such a wonderful suburb to live. Thank you.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Kirrily for both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home, and we couldn’t be more impressed with Kirrily's level of expertise, professionalism, and communication throughout the entire process. We felt confident knowing we were in the hands of someone who truly understands the market inside and out. The communication was seamless and transparent every step of the way. Kirrily & Kayla were always quick to respond to emails, calls, or messages, and they kept us updated every step of the way during the sale and purchase process. What stood out most about Kirrily was her compassionate nature and her very upfront approach, she tells it exactly how it is which is a very commendable trait. Overall, we highly recommend Kirrily to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Their knowledge of the market, outstanding communication, and exceptional professionalism made our experience stress-free and successful. Thankyou again Kirrily, we could not have done anything of this without you!

Kirralee went to so much trouble to sell my home in Regents Waters, allowing me to purchase my new home in Woodvale, which had just become available. Her experience and work ethic were much appreciated and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their house. Regards Eileen B

My husband and I saw the property which is very close to where we live. We were looking for a property for my elderly parents, Creagh was really great insuring that we got the purchase done. With his communication with my parents and myself, on all documentation and communication with the buyers it went smoothly. Thank you Creagh and your team for a stress free experience.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Creagh, Matt, and the entire Harcourts team. From start to finish, everything was handled seamlessly, with clear communication every step of the way. Any questions we had were always answered with a smile, and we truly felt supported throughout the entire process. Creagh’s market advice was spot-on—his guidance on the perfect time to sell was nothing short of genius. His authenticity and extensive experience really stood out, especially in the way he connected with potential buyers. Every meeting was a pleasure, and we always felt like we were in capable hands. Both Creagh and Matt treated our home with the utmost respect, and their attention to detail was second to none. The final sale price was more than we expected, thank you. We’re definitely putting them on our Christmas card list! A special thanks as well for the thoughtful front doormat gift for our new home—such a lovely touch. If you’re looking for a team that is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares, look no further. We highly recommend Creagh, Matt, and the Harcourts team!

Creagh and his team were professional, transparent and kept me informed through the whole sales process. Living interstate whilst selling had me concerned that I may have to travel to WA however not with Creagh keeping me up to date with all developments of the sale. His team and their post-sale support was fantastic. I never had to wonder once where the sale was at as I was always informed. Highly recommend Creagh to anyone looking to sell their property.

This was a long process due to having to wait for the previous owners death certificate to be issued. Over the 15 month process George kept us up to date regularly with any progress and we felt confident in dealing with him through this process. If at any time we queried the progress George was always quick to follow up and report back to us. Can’t recommend him more highly.
