Key points were the careful explanation of all legal requirements, with step-by-step explanation of documentation, forms to be signed and all other parties necessary for a successful transaction. Stella was always prompt, on time - usually early, in her smart uniform and presented neat, professional, with a friendly smile. Communication was a key factor, and being well-informed continually ensured a relaxed feeling, at a time when there is usually some nostalgia associated with selling a family home. We do appreciate a very relaxed, yet confident atmosphere created by Stella.
