Having a few years ago bought a house in Joondalup through Stella and recently just sold the same house I can’t speak highly enough of Stella. Her professional approach and attention to detail as well as just plain hard work meant I realised the sale of my property in an unbelievably short period of time and well above what I expected to sell the property for. Stella kept me updated at all times during the complete sales process and at no stage was I left wondering. The regular and relevant information greatly reduced any stress or concerns I would normally have when selling. That combined with her detailed knowledge of the Joondalup area I will certainly be using Stella for any future sales (or purchases) and would recommend her to anyone selling or buying.
