The process to prepare my property for sale, go to market and then complete the buyer’s conditions for sale has been a long and complicated one. Throughout this process Dave has been extremely professional and has made a potentially extremely stressful process manageable with an outcome I am very grateful for. Kath looked after the sale of our house in its entirety. Due to work commitments both my husband and I had to relocate to another state at the beginning of the selling process. Kath looked after our property and gave regular updates and went above and beyond to help us. Her knowledge of the locality and property trends was second to none. A really easy and transparent service. Kath should be your first and only choice, highly recommend her!
