Knowledgeable, patient and prompt
We have been extremely pleased with Steve. From the day we contacted the agency and spoke with him, he has been patient to answer all of our queries, give us honest advice, send us info to read into which would help us during building process, reply promptly and even though we haven't met him, it felt like he was someone we could trust.
