Dave was professional, had excellent communication and had great knowledge of the changing market. He is trustworthy and very reliable. I was guided throughout the selling and settlement of my apartment at every stage and felt very supported, which was extremely important to me as I no prior experience. I had an excellent settlement result and felt I would not have achieved this without Dave’s input. I will be using Dave again in the future and highly recommend Force Realestate.

From my dealings with Suzi I found that she was very fair and honest to all parties involved in making an offer on the property I purchased. She also came across very professional and had good knowledge of the area where I bought. With me not having a great deal of experience in realestate purchases Suzi and her Husband Arthur kept me in the loop the whole time and were able to help me with questions I had as well as keep me informed on what rights I had as a buyer. If I ever go to sell the property I will be giving her a call.

David was very knowledgeable about the property I purchased and the immediate area and the close proximity to all services, eg. shopping centres, train stations, beach & the Perth CBD. David also provided valuable information on the Strata title. I would like to thank David & his team for their support & guidance through the purchasing process & for all the extra assistance that I required due to living interstate.

We would like to thank Creagh and Matt for their assistance in helping us purchase our house. They have outstanding knowledge of the local area and property market which definitely helped us when making our final decision. They are extremely professional and the communication between agent and client is very clear and concise. We would not hesitate in recommending them in the future.

Stella was absolutely excellent from start to finish. We wanted to get our house on the market and sold quickly and Stella was able to provide all the advice and expertise to achieve this. Stella kept us informed every step of the way and was always happy and quick to respond to any questions we had. She also sold our home for more than our asking price. We cannot recommend Stella highly enough!

Stella's knowledge of the area is very good. She understands the market and expectations of both the seller and buyer. The process was very smooth and we were kept up to date at all times on what was needed from our end.

Stella was great through the whole process. Roughly a year before I went to market I called Stella in and she gave me a "to do" list of things to be improved to increase the selling price of my home. The listing of my home with Stella was quick and easy and from initial engagement to the photo session, home open and signed contract was about ten days in total! Go Stella! Once the sale agreement was signed Stella really showed her experience and professionalism and was a true sellers advocate, taking care of some of the building inspection issues for me and was able to offer some really great contacts to get some of the issues taken care of. Throughout the whole sales process I really felt like she was there to help and took away a lot of the sales stress from the whole process. If I ever sell again I will definitely use Stella and would highly recommend that you do too as she will look after you.
