She took the time early to really understand the differences I was looking for and remembered those every time I arrived at a home open... to the point where she would even tell me not to bother about some that she knew wouldn't be to my liking. Case in point - about two weeks after I moved in, I got a surprise late Sunday call from Kirrily: "Did you know you've left your garage door up?"
