It’s been a seamless pleasure of doing business with the Hardcourts Baker Team! The team’s attention to detail and initiative have assisted both the vendor and buyer achieving their goals. I felt very comfortable working with Suzi and will certainly recommend Hardcourts Joondalup. The best word to describe my opinion about Team Baker is “trust”….we trusted her and her team and will continue to trust their advice. Trust is the best equity any business can have. I have no hesitation in recommending Suzi Baker and her team if you’re a vendor or a buyer.

Suzie worked tirelessly to get our property sold through trying circumstances and a few buyer financing issues. I would definitely use her again and can recommend here whole-heartedly.

Kirrily was absolutely amazing, from the moment we met she made us feel comfortable with trusting her to help us sell our house. It was the first time we had ever sold and she explained everything and made it all feel easy. Between her and Kayla they make a great team and kept us up to date with every single step and all the progress. They have great knowledge of the area and that helped so much in making us confident we would get the place sold! We can not speak highly enough of them and would recommend to anyone selling or buying in their area!

We purchased our house from Creagh at Harcourt, this was our first time purchasing an established house and there was a lot we didn't know about the processes. Creagh and Matt both explained the stages as we went theough them and happily answered our questions, they were very knowledgeable and made buying a house a little bit less stressful. Thanks again Creagh, Matt and team.
