I don't know that we can say too much about Michael as we didn't get a chance to get to know him very well - he found a buyer for our house so quickly! After trying to sell our slightly unique property for over 3 years via 3 different local real estate agents, a chance encounter with Michael's ad in the local paper led to a win-win situation for all concerned!
