We felt at ease and confident that Kostya would deliver a good result as soon as we met him and he delivered a great price well above expectations. I would recommend Kostya to anyone looking to sell their property.

After multiple unsuccessful attempts to sell my apartment, Kostya found the perfect buyer in a relatively short period of time. Kostya is very professional and takes the extra step to achieve a great outcome. I would strongly recommend Kostya to sell your home in Canberra, he is trustworthy and will be using Kostya again in the future!

We met Kostya for the first time at the open house. We were impressed by his enthusiasm and passion for what he does. He was more than willing to listen to our story and answer all the many questions we had about the property and the process (which we had not been involved in for many years). With the purchase complete we were more than happy to engage Kostya to market and sell our existing property. We appreciated his honest and helpful advice in regard to our home of many years and the upcoming auction.

Kostya is a genuine and honest agent and it has been a pleasure to deal with him from the beginning of the sale process. He provided accurate advice on all occasions and gives you time to make decision rather than push you into a decision like some others in the Industry. I highly recommend Kostya to all sellers and buyers in the market as he will make the whole process a breeze through experience as buying or selling process could take its toll.

Kostya was very positive and easy to work with. Even when unexpected challenges popped up, he was able to work through them in a friendly and professional way. Kostya did a great job selling our properties and I would happily trust him with any future property I wanted to sell and just as happily recommend him to anyone considering selling their property.
