We gave Michelle a tough task before appointing an agent...’sell our home to a cash buyer within a week’! Her response was ‘no problem let’s do that’! Unfazed by the task ahead of her, she got to work immediately and sold our waterfront property within days for a record price for the area. Highly recommend Michelle.

Andrew and Lisa Comerford, would like to thank Ash Witty from Harcourts Coolangatta. Ash was so professional and very attentive with us throughout the hole selling process of our home in Coolangatta. We both definitely would recommend Harcourts Coolangatta to anyone wishing to sell their home. Ash has turned up every open house, well dressed with a smile on his face ready to greet everyone that came through our home, we just left our home for Ash to even open up and lockup while we were away, even leaving us a meal in the fridge on our return. Thank you once again to all at Harcourts.

Our dealings with Andrew during a recent purchase of a property in Tweed Heads were very professional and easy. Andrew was extremely helpful both at negotiation, exchange and on settlement. I would definitely use Andrew for all future real estate needs.
