Andrew was a great agent and always very thorough, knowledgeable, supportive and upfront in his approach. He listened to what we were looking for and only presented properties that were suitable. He was always efficient in his communication and if he did not know an answer to a question he would eagerly find out and get back to us in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Andrew to family and friends if they were looking to buy or sell their property due to his professionalism, his willingness to go above and beyond and no nonsense attitude.

Andrew was very easy and friendly to deal with, would defiantly recommend. Lovely and thoughtful gift for my newborn daughter and us after the purchase. Thank you for making your new home purchase a no fuss easy transition.

Andrew answered all out questions in a timely and efficient manner. He was able to arrange a FaceTime inspection because we were living interstate. This helped us decide to arrange flights so we could view the property in person. He went out of his way to help us when we had to arrange inspections etc. I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

I would recommend Harcourts BMG Coolangatta to anyone. They delivered on there promises and nothing was to much trouble. Our unit was sold in 9 days. The renter was a little hard to move as it was sold to a owner occupier with Ben and Zeph keeping the renter happy at the same time achieving a good end result for us. Thanks Ben and Zeph

Michelle is the most impressive agent we have ever dealt with. Her marketing was superb and her rapport with both prospective buyers and us was thorough, respectful and effective. Michelle is supremely approachable and her diligence in following up leads and issues is outstanding. We can recommend her with the greatest confidence.

If we ever sell the beautiful home we bought, for which Michelle was the sole agent, we would definitely avail ourselves of her expertise. She is friendly, down-to-earth and always professional. She went out of her way for us and spent valuable time showing us the property, of which she was very knowledgeable. We didn't know the area, so we were late for the showing, due to getting lost and she went out of her way to help us. We endorse Michelle Toppper wholeheartedly.
