Andrew answered all out questions in a timely and efficient manner. He was able to arrange a FaceTime inspection because we were living interstate. This helped us decide to arrange flights so we could view the property in person. I would recommend Harcourts BMG Coolangatta to anyone. They delivered on there promises and nothing was to much trouble. Our unit was sold in 9 days. The renter was a little hard to move as it was sold to a owner occupier with Ben and Zeph keeping the renter happy at the same time achieving a good end result for us. Thanks Ben and Zeph
