A very reliable agent.
Andrew came to our house and said I can get you $450000 upwards for your home, and sell in a fortnight. He did better than that He actually sold it in a day, I the price we got for our home was far more than any other agent had quoted us $69000 in fact. I have never had much faith in agents before having been burnt several times , Andrew Boulter changed my mind Ann Cranch

Exceptional service
Michelle Topper gave us exceptional service during our recent purchase of a property. At all times we felt well-informed and able to access her help and answers to our questions. Michelle was generous with her time and very approachable. Naturally, she was acting on behalf of the vendor, but as buyers we felt equal partners in the process and Michelle enabled an outcome that worked well for both parties. Michelle's help exceeded our expectations, continuing well after the contracts were signed and even after settlement. Very helpful and great sense of humour.
As first tine home buyers, we needed lots of guidance and assistance in knowing what to do. Andrew, even working on behalf of the vendor, was so very helpful to us as the buyers in explaining everything really clearly. He was always available for any questions or concerns. He seemed to be truly invested that the success of the sale/purchase of the property be profitable for everyone involved. He has a great sense of humour and is very honest and up front at the same time. It was a pleasure working with him.

Great Agent!
We highly recommend Andrew. He is honest, gets things done and is not one to beat around the bush. He gets in there and gets the job done. Listen to his advice as he is very knowledgable of his trade and the market. We went through a different agent and got mucked around.
