We have just moved into our property that we purchased through Andrew recently. Having bought and sold many properties in the past 20 years, we have to say that we have never had an agent decicate so much time to find the right property for us. The level of service received from Andrew through this process was excellent and we not hesitate to recommend Andrew to others and will definitely return when the time comes to sell. Thank-you

We highly recommend Andrew. He is honest, gets things done and is not one to beat around the bush. He gets in there and gets the job done. Listen to his advice as he is very knowledgable of his trade and the market. We went through a different agent and got mucked around. Andrew came to the rescue and our property was sold within the week he listed it for a great price. So if you want your property solf, speak to Andrew Boulter! Thanks Andrew for the great job!

Andrew was our agent for both buying and selling our property. Our house went online with Andrew at 5pm on the Monday and by 1pm the next day our house was sold with Andrew securing a sale price $20,000 above what we were expecting! He had given us all the advice to prepare our home for sale and had also helped us secure our recently purchased dream home at a price we were happy with. He guided us through all the steps as settlements didn't quite match up for both properties. He was always available on the end of the phone for any concerns and even offered to dog sit when we were renting in between houses! If you want an agent who is friendly, has a sense of humour, is knowledgeable, professional and experienced then Andrew Boulter is the one you want. Highly recommend him to everyone!

Ben's face to face sales and product knowledge is first class. I'm sure that Ben's communication with any buyer was also first class. I would have no hesitation to recommend Ben to any prospective seller.

Ben was great from start to settlement. He was very responsive to my enquires (email, SMS and calls). This was especially helpful being an interstate buyer. He was very knowledgable and credible about the local area and was able to put us in contact with quality local suppliers that were as responsive as Ben and his team at Harcourts BMG. This was very much appreciated and valuable to us given we were new to the local area. Ben has a professional, friendly and responsive style and I would highly recommend Ben and team at Harcourts BMG

Andrew and the team at Harcourts were superb in the purchase on my new home. They're constant support and communication made it easy for me to understand the process and really got in my corner when it mattered. I highly recommend Andrew and thank you Steve
