Ben was great from start to settlement. He was very responsive to my enquires (email, SMS and calls). This was especially helpful being an interstate buyer. For some weeks we were in discussion with several local real estate agencies in order to decide on placing our property on the market, and at a chance meeting at an open house we happened to look at we cane across Andrew Boulter who we had never met or spoken to prior.
