I wanted to get out of my unit, clear some debts and make a fresh start. I was looking for quick sale, and I did want to beat around the bush. Ben priced my unit perfectly against the market and I still made around $10000 more then what I expected. As I was still living there at the time of sale, Ben explained to me how I should present my place and with out those tips there no way I could have sold it within 8 days. Service was great, this was my second place I had sold and compared to my first sale all the emphasis was on me, which I couldn't thank Ben more for. I'll defently be dealing with him in the future when I decide to jump back into the market.

andrew was a great help for us with our purchase and was always there for information or inquiries and returned our questions promptly. he went out of his way to help us with his knowledge of the legal aspect of the sale to the moving in to the house. he also offered us the use of his ute to help with the move. andrew is the complete package from the negotiation of purchase to the moving in. when we are ready to sell we will be looking for andrew for the task.
