Ben and Michelle gave great first impressions without coming off like a typical sales agent and was the reason I choose BMG. Michelle was honest, reliable and happy to promptly help with any questions and querries I had. Great service and good results.

We have just purchased and moved into our home Banora Point NSW 2486. I have been in the finance industry for over 45 years, and during that time had the pleasure of meeting some very capable and enterprising real estate agents, and I can say with out a shadow of a doubt the service provided by Andrew Boulter of the BMG Property Group was by far the best yet and unlikely to be ever beaten. Andrew not only listened to what we wanted, but also helped us open our minds to the possibilities of looking at properties, we would not have looked at, and indeed we purchased our home which was one that Andrew recommended we look at, which was not on our list. Andrew helped us through the whole process, and his help continued well after our decision to purchase. We were privy to some of his calls to the vendors, and we were certainly impressed with the care and the interests of the vendor that he showed. This is by far one of those rare finds in the Real Estate industry, where it doesn't matter whether you are buying or selling, you want Andrew and his team on your side, to guarantee a good outcome for you. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the services of Andrew Boulter and the BMG Property Group.

Buying a property through Andrew was a smooth process and absolutely delightful. It was more than just a property transaction to us (after many years out of the market) and to Andrew too. We could not recommend him highly enough!

Recently Ben Gazal sold my property after 4 months on the market. I found Ben to be very professional yet down to earth with all my dealings with him. I have nothing but utter praise to the highest of him and his team, who I had a lot of dealings with; namely Jess, Tenika and Andrew. Nothing was ever a problem to any one of them at any time if I called the office. I was always kept up to date with happenings with my property. The team made the sale of my home a stress saving matter to myself! I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben and his team to any prospective seller or buyer in the property market. Very happy with the excellent communication and dealings with me throughout this sale. Massive Thank You to the team!
