We contacted Michael to help sell our elderly uncles home in Binna Burra. From our first contact Michael's level of professionalism, the effort he put into selling the home and his communication were excellent. He is a real gem. Michael is always available and he went above and beyond to help us. He organised for furniture items to go to the local community, he even spent 4 hours cleaning when our cleaner bailed at the last minute. That was above and beyond and we are very thankful for all his efforts. Michael cares about his clients - he took all the pressure away at what was a stressful time for the family and looked after the sale process to ensure everything went smoothly, with an offer coming in at the first open home, we were thrilled with everything he did. Sandie was excellent and guided us through the entire process. Our first contact was as potential buyers at another property. She was genuine and followed us up. When selecting an agent to sell with, she allowed us the time to decide. While selling the process was streamlined and she worked well with the tenants. We received calls after every open, reports and we were kept informed of the marketing schedule and how that worked with promoting ahead of opens.

There was no accurate information on the condition of the unit. I was led to believe the unit was air conditioned but not told it was not all working. In my experience from previous property dealings descriptions were accurate but an agent should know and disclose what needed repair before the sale is made. Jayne did not do this which was very dissapointing. so I can't really recommend Jane as someone I would use again, very dissapointing.
