We found Grant to be a very effective agent. He worked hard for us and kept us constantly informed. Grant is a straight shooter and calls a spade a spade but in the politest possible way. He has a friendly casual approach and we came to really appreciate his experience in the industry. We are happy to have engaged him and would be happy to have him on side anytime.

We recently decided to sell our home in Surfers’ Paradise in order to downsize and we approached Hanan Cawley from Harcourts Coastal Broadbeach to give us information and a plan for our road forward. From the first moment we met Hanan, we were impressed by his work ethic, friendliness, and professionalism. He listened to what we wanted from a sale and put our requests into action in developing a campaign to sell our property. In this way, we felt he personalized the sale of a home we had spent much of our time decorating and improving over the years we had lived there. Hanan worked tirelessly to achieve an excellent price for our home. He held open inspections every week, mid week, and at twilight, in order to show our home to the maximum number of interested parties. This also allowed our property to shine in different time settings. Hanan was always available to speak with and he reported promptly, especially regarding generated interest from the many open inspections. Nothing was too much trouble for him. During our sale campaign, Hanan showed us nothing but respect and we always had the sense he was on our side. He is a great ambassador for Harcourts Coastal Broadbeach and we have no hesitation in recommending him to others looking to sell their own property or buy a new one.

We upgraded recently to a bigger apartment that we purchased via Martin who was the seller's agent at the time. We had a great experience dealing with Martin. We needed to sell our existing apartment also of which we decided that Martin will be our exclusive agent. Martin maintained momentum and open dialogue with us every step of the way. He sold it in approximately 4 weeks from listing! A great result for us.

Georgia sold our house in just a few days for more than other agents told us we could expect and made the process easy throughout, with regular updates and advice. She also worked hard (successfully) finding us our new house.

Stuart was very professional and worked closely with us, always keeping us in the loop and explaining his strategy. as we progressed. His marketing program was excellent as he reached his targeted purchasers and he put in a lot of effort for us to achieve a very satisfactory result. We have recommended him to our family who are contemplating selling their home soon and we would certainly use his services again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
