Guy was friendly and approachable at all times. He took the initiative to contact me several times as a potential buyer, and was keen to answer questions to support my decision-making process. He was prompt in providing information when required, and in suggesting potential solutions and work-arounds when concerns arose. Most importantly (from a buyer's perspective), Guy was encouraging and knowledgeable about the property but never pushy.
