Ultimately we were delighted with the final result achieved for our apt. Tolemy delivered on everything he promised from the marketing budget right through to delivering an unconditional contract, a true professional with a relentless attitude towards success. We would highly recommend him to all our friends & family without hesitation.

We chose Mike to sell our Northcliffe investment property as we dealt with him as buyers 10 years earlier and found him to be knowledgeable honest and informed. As it turned out we did not ultimately purchase a property from Mike but I knew he was the go to guy when we wanted to sell. Job well done

Mike communicated really well, and was very knowledgeable throughout the buying process.

Mycheal and Donna were the utmost professionals to deal with, i couldn't speak highly enough about them, both went beyond to assist us pre and post settlement.

Stuart went out of his way to assist me with the purchase and moving into our new home. He was professional and helpful looking after both me the purchaser and the seller. Thank you Stuart.

Robert's help in selling my house was so appreciated. His expert knowledge of the market; his time dedicated to research; his positive and gentle interactions with potential buyers; his exprience; his regular communication and updates with me - Robert always provided professional services, and always with a smile. Thank you!
Robert Macciocu
Robert was very prompt upon my first enquiry about the property; he was prompt at responding to queries that suited him but not so much to find a balance between mine and the tenant/sellers suited times, questions he was unable to answer - are still unanswered (emails sitting without response) - I am very happy with the property but would not use Harcourts or Robert in the future. He spoke of prior house faults like they were nothing (water leaks and wall damage) announcing ‘knowledge’ about costing it would be to fix and it was well off the mark - luckily we did not take these comments on board but I worry for some people who would fall for it.

Over the three years that we have been dealing with Shaun & Harcourts Coastal, through the purchase, rental & sale of our property, Shaun has always made himself available with the highest level of professionalism & courtesy & we would be more than happy to recommend him to anyone.

We have recently sold our unit after a rather worrying period. Shaun was extremely courteous & very positive that the sale would proceed. He displays a very pleasant personality & we have no hesitation of recommending Shaun to any of our friends. After an agent from an opposition company failed to sell the property we asked Shaun to handle the sale. We were very happy with the result!

Both Shaun and Jilli-Ann are friendly and made our purchase a very smooth process. They were easily contactable by phone or email and always on hand to answer any questions or concerns at any time. We would highly recommend them to friends and family and would use them ourselves in the future.
