We highly recommend Shaun Bourke of Harcourts Real Estate. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. There was no pressure unlike some real estate agents. We found Shaun to be very genuine and had our best interest at heart. Shaun is very easy to talk to and more than happy to explain in layman’s terms anything we had difficulty understanding.

We can't thank Paul Corkhill enough for all his dedication and time he spent with helping us buy our beautiful new home. We were in the process of selling our home in Sydney and buying in the Gold Coast all at the same time. Paul constantly kept in contact guiding us through the whole process, his professionalism, care and concern shown was outstanding. We highly recommend Paul at Harcourts Coastal to everyone.

Our property was on the market for more than 12 months before Paul came to the rescue. We revamped the advertisement with his advise and recommendations. Paul secured a cash buyer within the month. Highly recommended. Wish we had found him sooner.

Very informative, details and information was supplied quickly. Andre was very helpful in putting the deal together and has been very obliging with access before settlement. We found Andre to be fair and honest like ourselves which made the process easier.

Robert had sold 2 apartments for ma and has managed to get a good price both on both occasions at a time when other agents were struggling even to arrange inspections.

Shaun kept us informed along the way - helped out when I was unsure of things i.e. in regards to sending things electronically. Shaun did his best for us and given they we live in a different area than where we sold he made the whole process very simple.

Selling our investment unit was longer than we thought but when Shaun got the right buyer every thing went so smoothly and we are greatly indebted for his professionalism and honesty. We have no hesitation in recommending Shaun to our network.
