Shaun was the perfect agent for us. He went above and beyond to sell our apartment holding opens on both Saturday and Sunday in order to capitalise on all interest. Always friendly and positive with all interested buyers and with us as sellers. There was no hard sell and we worked cooperatively on all decisions. Sold within 2 weeks of being launched on the market and after some considerable negotiation by Grant, managed to achieve the desired price. Attention to detail of the property was the key, Grant's detail of modest improvements achieved the result.
