Stuart is a breath of fresh air in an industry that has a poor reputation for untrustworthy characters. Stuart is extremely transparent and honest. Stuart at no time misled us our attempted to pressure us in anyway. He constantly kept us fully informed of the actual facts and expectations of the market as changes occured. The final decision based on presentation of the facts was left squarely on our shoulders to make any decisions. He is extremely pleasant and truthful to deal with. We have moved on numerous occasions over the years. Stuart takes all the pressure on to himself to make the selling process one of the best we have ever experienced. I would and have recommend Stuart to friends and family knowing he would give 100% to fulfill their needs with the minimum amount of stress.

I highly recommend Guy. He sold our home in 10 days during the Covid pandemic. He kept communication lines open with detailed weekly updates, phone calls and emails. He is down to earth, friendly and I appreciated his honesty. He demonstrated a great work ethic and extensive knowledge of the Gold Coast, being born and breed here. The first aspect of excellent service was Shaun's contribution to preparing the home for sale. We had previously listed with another agent who threw it onto the market without consultation, before the unit was ready. This led to a wasted 3 months. When we changed to Shaun, he helped us contact the right people to prepare the unit well. The second aspect of excellent service was an up-front discussion about reasonable expectations. by the end of that discussion we know were we stood. 2020 was going to be a difficult time with a somewhat unknown effect on the market space. We set acceptable price ranges, and while the bottom of that range was what we ended up with, all circumstances considered, we were happy with the result, which was a sale in our price range. With the previous agent the house never looked like being sold. The third aspect of excellent service was ongoing communication, We were never in the dark about what was going on. We never felt pressured or bombarded either. In addition, I had strong trust in Shaun both as a seller, and as a professional. I have spoken to literally dozens of real estate agents this year, and many times I know I was being B.S'd. I never felt that way with Shaun. The fourth area of excellence was Shaun's manner, positivity and nature. Throughout the journey I was impressed by his enthusiasm and work effort. I was also impressed by his market knowledge and how he was able to use that to inform his sales approaches. I recommend Shaun as an agent to sellers. You will be in good hands.

We can't speak highly enough of Georgia. She sold our house during the pandemic restrictions in just a short amount of time. Her work ethic is incredible, especially her communication on what is happening. She is highly professional, friendly, extremely efficient and very knowledgeable about the market. We knew exactly where we stood every step of the way. This is the third time she's sold for us, and she also worked her magic, in closing a new home deal for us, at the same time with another real estate firm. Georgia is the only agent we would use in future if we decided to sell again. Absolutely recommend her services.

Shaun really went out of his way to help me. He was so easy to talk to and I never felt pushed. I asked him to help me with a few issues even after the sale went unconditional and he was only too happy to oblige, he made my purchase as stress free as possible and when I picked up my keys he had labelled each key - again going out of his way and I received a bottle of Moët, gorgeous candle and card. 5 stars all the way
