Shaun is extremely efficient, highly knowledgeable and has great communication skills. He got a contract for the sale of our place in 2 weeks and the contract became unconditional in 1 week. We are very happy with the way Shaun knows how to find the right buyer for their new home and we wholeheartedly recommend his services! Emilia and Michael

Christine, was extremely helpful from the first call through to the sales contract exchange. She guided us through negotiations with the vendor and a successful conclusion was reached for both parties. Extra assistance and advice through to settlement was appreciated and we are now the owners of a fantastic apartment. We highly recommend Christine.

I found Christine to be knowledgeable, patient and polite. She always presented well at my open homes. In selling my house, I found her to be honest, responsible and reliable; all my emails and text messages were answered promptly. Friends recommended Christine after she had sold their houses. I would recommend her to future sellers.

I was extremely happy with Shaun. He helped us find the right place as we looked through a fair few properties. The sale went through seamlessly which was a great relief and the price was spot on.

A few months back we engaged Christine Tucker as our sole agent for the sale of our house. From beginning to end we found Christine to be very professional in all matters relating to a successful sale at auction. Her marketing strategy was spot on attracting many expressions of interest resulting in many registered bidders at the auction. We recommend Christine without qualification and wish her every success in her endeavors.

Shaun is a rarity in his market. His honest and authentic approach inspires confidence. Purchasing your property can be a nervous and stressful time, and so you want to be dealing with a real estate agent who is honest and prompt in their communication, which is Shaun to a tee. Add to that his genuinely friendly and down to earth personality. Shaun is definitely and agent we would recommend or use again.

Christine combines a very professional approach to each stage of the sale with very high level people skills. Christine gives her clients space to think, but also gentle support with information and options. Christine has assisted us in a number of sales and she has been consistently professional and considerate each time.

I purchased my 1st property from Nenad. I think this should have been an exciting time. Unfortunately Nenad did not pass on information when I requested works be completed following the pest and building inspection. He communicated well until the sale then he was very difficult to reach. We had no sold sign, no greeting at the property on settlement day and none of the bells and whistles I would have expected from the purchase on my 1st property. Would not use him again as I knew even the Sellers were unhappy with his approach.
