The first aspect of excellent service was Shaun's contribution to preparing the home for sale. We had previously listed with another agent who threw it onto the market without consultation, before the unit was ready. This led to a wasted 3 months. When we changed to Shaun, he helped us contact the right people to prepare the unit well. The second aspect of excellent service was an up-front discussion about reasonable expectations. by the end of that discussion we know were we stood. 2020 was going to be a difficult time with a somewhat unknown effect on the market space. We set acceptable price ranges, and while the bottom of that range was what we ended up with, all circumstances considered, we were happy with the result, which was a sale in our price range. With the previous agent the house never looked like being sold. The third aspect of excellent service was ongoing communication, We were never in the dark about what was going on. We never felt pressured or bombarded either. In addition, I had strong trust in Shaun both as a seller, and as a professional. I have spoken to literally dozens of real estate agents this year, and many times I know I was being B.S'd. I never felt that way with Shaun. The fourth area of excellence was Shaun's manner, positivity and nature. Throughout the journey I was impressed by his enthusiasm and work effort.
