From the outset we were very happy with Grants professional manner. Right from the negotiation stage through to the property settling Grant was approachable & very easy to deal with. We would also like to thank & apprecited Lydia’s assistance during the sale process. We look forward to doing further business with Grant at a future date.

Ricky Numeyer is a superb agent and from the moment I met him I was confident in my decision to appoint him to sell my property. He is extremely professional, a very good communicator and negotiator and has achieved a great sale result in a 2 week period.

It is our absolute pleasure to recommend Lisa as an agent. She is super hardworking and pays attention to all the important details along the way. We were never left guessing or wondering, 'what next' as Lisa kept us informed throughout the entire process. Lisa tries to take some of the stress out of the selling process by making sure marketing, pricing and administrative details are all taken care of. Most importantly, Lisa sold our property quickly and without fuss!

I only came across Chris by chance but she has turned out to be a great agent and wonderful person to deal with. She navigated through a very difficult process for us but never gave up and was always the ultimate professional. My family and I appreciate her honesty, integrity and hard work. I can honestly say that she is one in a million!

As a purchaser I never felt that Grant didn't care about our situation and focused only on the seller. He was always available to answer questions, always professional and very helpful. During those times that I was frustrated by the seller and close to backing out, Grant would calmly do whatever he needed to do to keep everything on track. I would not hesitate to use or recommend Grant if I was selling a property, and would be very happy to buy through him again as well.

We purchased our house through Christine. We found Christine to be very available and was able to organise home visits with very little notice. She was open and honest in the full process and conducted the process smoothly.

Christine works extremely hard to get the best price for her vendors. She cares and helped us through the stress of selling our family home of 25 years. Christine is a great listener and always made sure that all the family members and the pets were ok. Selling is very stressful but with Chris we made it and we can’t thank her enough.

We have used Christine a couple of times for the sale of our properties and have always been more than happy. She has integrity and commitment. Both times she managed to get us the price we wanted and in fact the last sale was more than we expected. Highly recommend her and look forward to working with her again.

Christine is the only agent I would ever use to buy and sell a property in the Mermaid area. For over 10 years now her sign is the only sign I see time and time again when others are buying or selling. She is truly an area expert. Her personality and professionalism will get you the best result for your property and she will do everything she can to support you in what is a very emotional and testing time for all concerned. Thank you for all of your help Christine. Regards Ty
