Confidence
If you want an agent who knows the area then look no further. Very professional - despite the fact he is a Richmond supporter. Grant has helped us with the sale and purchase of 4 properties now. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

You'd be hard pressed to find a better agent
Shaun really knows his stuff and if you drive around Broadbeach it shows, his face is on every other block with a 'sold' sign out front.

Recommend Shaun Bourke
I found Shaun to be approachable, reliable & empathetic while selling our Mothers home. I could not fault his communication with the family during the selling process, was not pushy in any way & always listened to our requested & followed through hence the recommendation for a very good agent to deal with either selling or buying a property.

Our apartment was sold within a week of going on the market. Shaun did a great job and kept us informed right through the process. We would highly recommend him.
