From the first inspection through to settlement Shaun has been a wonderful agent to deal with. Responsive, polite and professional it has been a pleasure to deal with him on the purchase of my home. It was a big decision to purchase a property and Shaun has made the experience a smooth and stress free one.

Thanks Ricky for achieving the price we wanted. Thanks for your fast paced search for a serious buyer. Rickely does not mess around. He gets the job done and gets great results. He knows the market and the area better than any local. Nothing was a problem and we highly recommend you sell or buy your properties with Ricky. Once again Brilliant job Ricky. All the best for the future. Colleen Clark.

I’ve been in the Broadbeach area since 2015 & I’ve always gone to Shaun regarding any property I’m interested in & to just run my thoughts past him. He is prompt to respond with a concise yet comprehensive view. He is all about communication & support, he is a great agent & a wonderful human being.

Tolemy was always a professional. Always kept within contact, let me know how inspections went straight away and ended up getting the job done at auction! Couldn't have asked for a better experience of selling my first home. I look forward to working with him in the future.

We are so glad Shaun was our representative, he was punctual, professional, with excellent negotiation skills and very accomodating to our needs. He is by far the most outstanding agent we have ever encountered. We highly recommend Shaun if you are looking for an agent on the Gold Coast!
