Ben James made the process of buying our family home so much easier. After looking for years for our quite unique needs, we walked into this house and there was Ben with a big smile and a strong handshake. Ben was so informative and great with his time, he never looked annoyed at my 1000 questions and was happy to give me clear and well informed information. As soon as we fell in love with the house and wanted it Ben helped us in what become and epic week of negotiating to help the vendors purchase their down size so we could buy their house. It was never a problem with multiple nights having Ben call me and return calls after 8pm. Nothing was ever to much to ask with constant updates. Bens ability to communicate is extraordinary and make the whole thing seem well in control. Everything after exchange of contracts went swimmingly and Ben would constantly call to see if he could help. Out of our home buying journey which started 4 years ago, Ben has been the most organised and caring real estate agent we have dealt with in the Illawarra. Flash forward to today and we are in our lovely big new family home that the kids love, the wife is happy and I have my space out the back.
