My wife and I were the Landlords for a property at Albion Park Rail and we live in North Queensland. The Dapto Harcourts Branch for Real Estate requirements looked after the property when it was a rental. A big surprise occurred when the tenants asked, via Harcourts, if we would be interested in selling our property to them as they were very happy living there - after some sole searching talks we decided to sell. This is where a little team, Headed by Michael came into the picture. The team was Michael Garside and Michael Turner (Both from Harcourts Real Estate at Dapto). This team looked after everything for us and really and honestly kept us in the loop with each and everything that was happening. The team made selling the house a very easy and user friendly experience. We not only highly respect this little team that worked so hard for us but we would also highly recommend them if anyone was to be in a property deal whether buying or selling.
