Fantastic

Property purchase
Ben was able to deliver a smooth and easy end to end process for purchasing our property. He was always 'on call' if need be and only too happy to assist, find a solution for our enquiries. The team at Harcourts also provided the backup and service once all had settled. All round great work.

Great communication
Michael had great communication throughout the our buying process. He was accomodating and there informative. Michael was on leave throughout our buying process and there was a smooth transition when Ben took on our purchase for a few weeks. We were never left wondering and overall had a great experience when buying from Michael.

Michael and his team sold our family home, and he had great communication skills and he listened to what we wanted during the whole of the sale process. He got back to us as soon as he anything to share with us after hours. He was able to appraise potential buyers through his interactions. He was good at negotiating once we had buyers, so we were happy with the end result.

Excellent, Michael told me about a house I had off my list to view because it didn’t have a garage, he convinced me to take a look as it was very tidy home with great views, I ended up buying it, if it hadn’t been for Michael I would have missed that opportunity. Michael was approachable, friendly and went out of his way to help when I needed it, at times went over & beyond what agents have done. Built a great rapport with myself and made my experience so much more at ease right up to placing the sold sign on my new home. He returned my calls/text either straight away or not too long after. Overall, very happy with Michael.

Exceptional service from both sides of the fence!
I first came across Jarath as a buyer when I purchased my first property through him in 2021. As an agent his market knowledge and professional attitude were second to none! Over the last couple years he continued to stay in touch and provide constant updates and insights, as to how the market was performing. Since buying that first property I have purchased 2 more, which really highlighted how Jarath is a cut above the rest. So when it came time to selling that property, it was an easy decision. With the shoe now on the other foot, as a seller, Jarath’s service continued to live up to my expectations. He managed to secure a great contract in a very timely manner. He helped me in all aspects of selling the property and vacating the current tenants. I have no doubt I will be using him again!
