My wife and I were the Landlords for a property at Albion Park Rail and we live in North Queensland. A big surprise occurred when the tenants asked, via Harcourts, if we would be interested in selling our property to them as they were very happy living there - after some sole searching talks we decided to sell. This team looked after everything for us and really and honestly kept us in the loop with each and everything that was happening. The team made selling the house a very easy and user friendly experience.
