Satisfying property buying
Zaneta is a very nice, friendly, care and polite sales agent. I can tell she understood very well the property that she was in charge with and the market condition that time, and was very professional handling all the process and addressing the matters during the selling and buying process. I can tell she did care and protect the rights of the seller, but at the same time, she also did care about the right of us as the buyer. She also was a very nice person to communicate with, so she could bridge between the seller and the buyer needs. Never uncomfortable to communicate any concerns or whatever in our mind. We are very satisfied with the process.

Realestate with a personal touch
I recently purchased a property with Harcourts. Frank was the realestate agent facilitating the sale. Frank made the process easy and was helpful and supportive the entire time. And nice touch was the night out for dinner, arranged by Frank, with the sellers to celebrate a successful sale.

Great experience all round
Christen was a great agent from the get go and communicated weĺl with me every step of the way. Her efforts resulted in us securing a price above my expectations.
