Excellent Service
Ravinder is very reliable, did his part to ensure that the sale of a house goes smoothly and provided a very professional friendly service. He was always there when I called and assisted me promptly. Ravinder was able to achieve the buying of the property that I wanted. Ravinder was also able to sell my father's property and enable me to lease back the property till I can move in . There was a few hiccups along the way and I put this down to my first time buying and selling and things I didn't know . But Ravinder was able to keep me calm and reasure me .At the end of it Ravinder was able to get the deal done for all parties involved and give them the outcome they all wanted to achieve. Zaneta is very easy, professional, knowledgeable and personable to work with.
Zaneta stood in for her colleague with whom I have dealt with in the past and was disappointed that he was unavailable. However, she stepped in and made us very comfortable with her friendly and helpful attitude. She offered excellent information regarding the property, market and general sale environment that helped us make our decision appropriately. Zaneta was also very personable and easy to work with without sales jargon or pressure. She had our interests in mind while doing her job. I now have two people I would go to if I needed to buy or sell a property.

Excellent buying experience
I had been inspecting properties, communicating with real estate agents for a few months looking to buy an investment property. I had some difficult experiences with some agents which were either too pushy or gave me some doubts about the properties. I came across this property that Zaneta was selling. It was not in my target area nor my target type of property. I was initially filtering it out. But I tried to reach out to Zaneta as I wanted to know more and expand my options. My experience with her was excellent. She was very professional and well experienced. I eventually decided to purchase the property. It was a smooth experience. She was very helpful, honest and was easy to work with during the journey. I highly recommend her.

Great Sales Experience
