Zaneta is a very nice, friendly, care and polite sales agent. I can tell she understood very well the property that she was in charge with and the market condition that time, and was very professional handling all the process and addressing the matters during the selling and buying process. I can tell she did care and protect the rights of the seller, but at the same time, she also did care about the right of us as the buyer. She also was a very nice person to communicate with, so she could bridge between the seller and the buyer needs. Never uncomfortable to communicate any concerns or whatever in our mind. We are very satisfied with the process.
