Ben did a fantastic job helping to sell my Unit. From the first time we met when he came to provide an appraisal, he was friendly, well organised, punctual and professional. He had already done some research on the history of my property and recent sales of similar properties, so he came well prepared for our first meeting. Ben provided his thoughts and advice on how best to market my property, but was not 'pushy' and was happy to proceed with what I felt comfortable with.
