Great Agent
I have purchased several properties in my time and I have dealt with several RE Agents and I have to say Colin is certainly up there with the best of them. Very attentive and gets you answers without to much mucking around. Highly recommended.

A Very Professional Experience

Professional, charismatic, genuine and approachable
Colin is very charismatic, genuine and approachable. He is professional and considerate, especially when the seller is attached to their home, as we were. His knowledge of the market and my property appraisal was realistic and spot on. We had some feedback from someone who came to our open home who said ‘Colin was one of the better agents she had come across’. He did not suggest a crazy price for us to take him on, nor did he need to. Colin was calm, as we saw interest rates rise and immediately gave us confidence in him. Our house sold in three weeks with the market slowing down. I would be happy to recommend Colin to anyone selling their property!!
