Colin is very charismatic, genuine and approachable. He is professional and considerate, especially when the seller is attached to their home, as we were. His knowledge of the market and my property appraisal was realistic and spot on. We had some feedback from someone who came to our open home who said ‘Colin was one of the better agents she had come across’. He did not suggest a crazy price for us to take him on, nor did he need to. Colin was calm, as we saw interest rates rise and immediately gave us confidence in him.
