Smooth purchasing experience
Ben was unfailingly professional and made the entire purchasing process smooth and easy. He responded promptly and accurately to any questions or queries, and was very easy to deal with throughout the negotiation, offer and settlement phases. He also presented the property very well, and I would not hesitate to purchase from him again.

Wow! So Fast.
Advertised on line Tuesday afternoon, first inspection Thursday and contract signed same day! Ben gave us good advice on preparing home for sale, gave a competitive quote and sound marketing strategy. We had planned an open home for the following week but the first couple to inspect made a compelling offer beyond our expectations. He spent nearly all afternoon with the buyers and presented us with a signed offer that evening! A building inspection was arranged for the next day and Ben was able to assist us in getting someone to attend to a couple of issues and the sale became unconditional. It happened so quickly we nearly missed it!

Sold in just 5 DAYS!! with a Professional but easy going experience
I first met Colin when i was attending an open home that was being run by Colin. He greeted us with a smile and a friendly approachable manner. Provided us with a brochure, took our details and allowed us to move freely throughout the home and the gardens. Which i felt was a good way to run things as you were able to get a sense of how the place felt to you without an audience. After leaving the property we decided to make an offer. This lead us to calling Colin on the phone to discuss the process. He offered to come round to my house to walk us though the contract. I found this very handy having someone explain each portion of the contract and what it meant. Colin left such an impression on me when viewing this home. His professional but approachable manner gave me the confidence in him that i thought I would be happy to use him to sell my own property as my offer was subject to sale. He made the process very easy and kept in contact often to keep me apprised of how things have progressed. He even offered guidance in turning my "bachelor style pad" into a more appealing family style home though some style adjustments. Giving the house more appeal to a wider variety of buyers. In the space of two weeks we had the house organised ready to sell, a sale strategy sorted and appropriate advertising arranged. On the Monday the Photographer arrived. Took Photos and Video for a film for the online Advertisement. With the ad going online Wednesday morning and the sign being placed on my property Thursday. Friday I had my first open home, I had another on the Saturday and again on the Sunday.... But it was all worth it as i signed a contract Sunday afternoon for the sale of my property. So in just 5 days from when it was advertised... to SOLD! He also managed to get a price i was happy with. Trust his sales strategy.. it works! I Would definitely use Colin again for either buying or selling.

We cannot thank Ben enough for his hard work in finalising our sale. He is highly professional and went above and beyond with his amazingly efficient team also. So much so, we have chosen to seek out his skills for other sales and listings going forward.
